Roundtable: Disclosing Clinical Trial Costs – Why and How Should It Be Done?

In November 2022, the MSF Access Campaign hosted the second in a series of roundtables focused on clinical trial cost transparency. The roundtable discussed efforts to bring about clinical trial cost transparency in the US and South Africa, and MSF’s new Clinical Trial Transparency Policy.

This report capture the key themes of the discussion and provides recommendations for governments, clinical trial implementers, civil society organisations and other stakeholders, to take steps towards the effective disclosure of clinical trial costs.
